Terms of Service

Varnit AI provides a set of AI-powered tools: multi-agent chat (Varnit), a resume builder, document intelligence, code review, image generation, and related utilities. We are the publisher of the service; third-party AI model providers process your prompts (see the Privacy Policy). The service is provided “as is”.

• You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Notify us at security@varnit.ai immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.
• One person per account. You may not share an account with others or operate it on behalf of a company without our written agreement.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice, at our reasonable discretion.

You agree not to use Varnit AI to:

• Generate content that is illegal under Indian law, including content that sexualises minors, incites violence, promotes terrorism, or constitutes harassment.
• Generate deepfakes, impersonate real people without consent, or create material designed to defraud or mislead.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the service, scrape at scale, circumvent rate limits, or probe our infrastructure.
• Upload malware, viruses, or content you do not have the right to upload.
• Use the service to build a competing AI platform by recording and re-exposing our output systematically.

Violations may result in immediate termination and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

• You retain ownership of everything you type, upload, and generate. Your resumes, documents, conversations, and generated images belong to you.
• You grant us a limited, revocable licence to store and process your content solely to provide the service to you. We do not use your content to train our own models.
• AI-generated output is generated on demand; identical prompts may produce the same or very similar output for other users. We make no exclusivity claim over AI output.
• You must not upload content you do not have the right to upload (for example, someone else’s private documents).

• The free plan includes 20 AI prompts per day. The Pro plan (₹49 per month) includes higher daily limits.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. You authorise the full monthly charge at upgrade; we do not store your card or UPI details.
• Pro access is activated immediately after successful verification and remains active for 30 days. It does not auto-renew; you must upgrade again to extend.
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If the service is materially broken for you for more than 48 hours, you may request a refund by writing to billing@varnit.ai within 7 days.

Your prompts are forwarded to third-party AI providers (Google, Groq, Hugging Face, OpenRouter, and similar) for inference. Their Terms and Privacy Policies apply to that processing. We choose providers we believe to be trustworthy, but we do not control their systems and cannot guarantee their availability or behaviour.

• AI output is generated by statistical models. It may be inaccurate, outdated, biased, or offensive. You must verify anything important before relying on it.
• Varnit AI is not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). Do not make important decisions based solely on AI output.
• The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is higher. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, nor for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from (a) content you upload or generate in violation of these Terms, (b) your use of the service in violation of Indian law, or (c) your breach of any third party’s rights. You are responsible for your own legal costs.

You may delete your account at any time at /account/delete. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, for security reasons, or if we are required to by law. Sections 4 (content ownership), 7 (disclaimers), 8 (liability), 9 (indemnity), and 11 (governing law) survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved by direct communication with our Grievance Officer. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app banner at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
